Frances Cann is the son of Charlie Cann and Warmun artist Tracey Ramsay.
Frances was born in Kununurra and grew up in Bow River with his two brothers and two sisters.
Frances started painting in 2021 under the guidance of his mother- Tracey Ramsey. Frances paints the stories told to him by his mother, which are from their Country of Juwurnlinji.
Frances likes playing football for the Bow River Blues and on the weekend likes to go fishing and hunting.
