Shipment processing time – Baluk Arts works with Australia Post and on occasion, shipments may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding in these situations. We assure you that we work hard behind the scenes to ensure you have your order in the post as soon as possible and will send you a tracking number once your order is on its way. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/phone.

If you’re looking for a refund of your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Baluk Arts Return policy

You may return your item to us for an exchange of similar value or a refund. Refunds payments are returned to the original account used to the make the purchase.

Please note the following returns and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have all original documentation, paperwork, tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must be in their original condition with no visible signs of wear, use or damage
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
• To return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, product description and reason for return/exchange.
• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges back to Baluk Arts to be paid for by the customer.
