George Ward Tjungurrayi was born in the desert west of Kiwirrkura in 1947. George’s painting depicts a story about Tingari men travelling through his ancestral country from rockhole to rockhole meeting other Tingari men for business Lake MacDonald way. The men turned into Warnambi.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $30 already included in the cost of the artwork. Due to our very remote location we are only able to post freight once every two weeks via the community mail plane. We will endeavor to ship all orders as soon as possible but please expect longer than average shipping times. For international delivery quotes please email [email protected]. Please be aware all works are sold unstretched.
The art centre will refund the cost of the work if the work arrives damaged.
Artists are paid directly and immediately by the art centre following the sale of their work. For this reason we are unable to facilitate returns for change of mind as it would place unfair inconvenience on the artist. All sales are final so please choose carefully.
